some questions to consider about the setting
- do other places have a soul generator
- yes and it's run by the same people
- some governmental conspiracy stuff going down
- why is this being kept a secret
- weird ethical dilemma vs money
- we can't let the internet know
- the people who know cannot talk about it - why?
- the people who can talk about it aren't believed - for obvious reasons that most people can't see anything
