Setting Planning

I probably have a lot of text dumped elsewhere

some questions to consider about the setting

• do other places have a soul generator
  • yes and it's run by the same people
  • some governmental conspiracy stuff going down
• why is this being kept a secret
  • weird ethical dilemma vs money
  • we can't let the internet know
  • the people who know cannot talk about it - why?
    • the people who can talk about it aren't believed - for obvious reasons that most people can't see anything
    • the people who are most able to talk about it (the Revs) can't talk about it - under heavy security
  • could there conceivably be an opposing group that isn't exactly representative of spirits in general,but takes advantage of spiritual energy/supernatural occurrences to launch attacks on the system (kaii vibes...)
